Jeff Winemiller has more than 35 years of experience in microwave engineering and providing rental equipment and services to the live television broadcast industry. Jeff was the founder of RF Central, providing comprehensive microwave equipment sales and rentals, top-notch service and repairs, on-site installation and project management capabilities for his customers.



Tom has worked for over 16 years with Jeff Winemiller, starting with Winemiller Communications, RF Central, and now Wave Central. His responsibilities include management of product manufacturing, logistics, service and sales. Tom brings substantial experience in RF system applications including venues such as stadiums and arenas, mobile trucks, and fixed links. Our customers rely on Tom to get the job done when it comes to after sales, service, and support. He and his team are always ready to do whatever it takes to help keep clients happy and their RF systems operating to spec.

Anthony has over 35 years’ experience as a broadcast video engineer. Starting as a teenager interning at Reeves Teletape in NYC and later joining the US Army as a microwave radio expert. After holding many different positions as a video engineer, including chief engineer at RAI and 20 years with Panasonic Broadcast, he joined Nucomm/RF Central/IMT in 2007 as Product Manager for Wireless Camera Products. Anthony was later promoted to Vice President of Sales - Sports & Entertainment.

Anthony joined Wave Central in 2012 and since then Wave Central has grown and currently owns the majority share of the in-house Sports & Entertainment market.

Anthony’s customers rely on his video engineering knowledge and experience installing RF systems in over 200 venues, knowing he will design an RF system that will fulfill their requirements and exceed their expectations and know they can trust his experience and after-sales support.



Deryk brings a unique mix of both technical and creative competency to his role at Wave Central as a former television news photojournalist, he is keenly familiar with the deadlines and demands our clients face daily. His broad base of COFDM microwave applications knowledge began as an ENG/SNG truck operator, and further developed as a sales/customer support engineer for RF Central during the Sprint/Nextel BAS relocation.

Deryk’s role is multi-faceted and includes final QC, system testing and shipping, customer support, sales demonstrations and quoting, trade show planning, as well as system commissioning and training. He also exercises his creative muscle and visual storytelling expertise in creating Wave’s visual presence through photography, design, and video production.

Deryk is a 10-time Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy® winner for his work as a visual storyteller in television news and marketing communications.
