AXIS HEVC Encoder

The AXIS Encoder HEVC is a high-quality H.265 video encoder designed for broadcasting, offering excellent compression for video resolutions up to 4K UHD. It is ideal for remote production applications over leased lines or satellite connections and can handle up to 4x HD feeds with very low latency. The encoder family includes professional broadcast encoders and decoders with a wide range of features. The unique quad mode of the encoder allows for encoding four non-synchronous HD inputs with end-to-end low latencies, making it ideal for live sporting event coverage. Each video output can support 2 stereo pairs of embedded audio, or a single video can support up to 8 stereo pairs. Additionally, the AXIS Encoder can be equipped with an optional analog audio interface, allowing for two stereo analog audio outputs.
