The AXIS HEVC Decoder is a high-quality H.265 Decoder that offers exceptional compression ratios for video resolutions up to 4K UHD. It is ideal for remote production applications over leased lines or satellite, handling 4xHD with ultra-low latency. The decoder can stream across dual networks using various IP formats including SRT, and it is equipped with ASI inputs and outputs for legacy systems and satellite modem connections. Optional encryption mechanisms such as BISS and DES can protect valuable content. The ultra-compact design allows it to deliver up to 4x decoded HD signal streams in a single 1RU enclosure. Each video output can support 2 stereo pairs of embedded audio, and it can be equipped with an optional analog audio interface for two stereo analog audio outputs. The decoder offers web browser control via a separate control port and includes a touch-screen front panel for local control and monitoring.
