Jeff Winemiller brings over 35 years of expertise in microwave engineering and a deep commitment to serving the live television broadcast industry. As the founder of RF Central, Jeff built a company renowned for its comprehensive range of microwave equipment, offering not just sales and rentals, but also exceptional service and repairs. His hands-on approach extended to on-site installations and project management, ensuring that each client received tailored solutions that met their specific needs. Throughout his career, Jeff has consistently demonstrated a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the broadcast industry.

Tom has been a key member of the team for over 16 years, working alongside Jeff Winemiller at Winemiller Communications, RF Central, and now Wave Central. He oversees product manufacturing, logistics, service, and sales, bringing extensive experience in RF system applications across various settings, including stadiums, arenas, mobile trucks, and fixed links. Our clients trust Tom to deliver exceptional after-sales service and support. He and his team are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the peak performance of their RF systems.

Paul joined the Codan Group in 2016 as a Sales Leader with over 30 years of Technical Sales and Go-To-Market experience. Wave Central, a Codan Company, consists of brands from Wave Central, Domo Tactical, and Domo Broadcast Systems.  We serve industries ranging from news and sports to concerts and churches to live entertainment and cinema. We are trusted to provide wireless datalinks for the highest quality video with the lowest latency.  We connect the unconnected, bring video where it is needed, and make moments matter more. He graduated college with a Software Engineering degree from the University of Maryland and has enjoyed a career that combines both his technical and sales skills. As a sales leader, he has supported the marketing and business development of solutions for real-time communications; expanding into open standards and interoperability between multiple networks, backhauls, and devices. Perhaps dating himself, he was at the start of the adoption of software’s Object-Oriented Design, and later ran a software engineering practice before joining Codan. He is active with industry associations, presenting at industry events and working groups.    Paul is pleased to be part of Wave Central, who along with its Codan parent has been at the forefront of RF innovation for over 70 years.

As Director of Technical Services, Neal oversees the engineering and sales of IP Mesh and Remote Production systems, as well as works closely with House of Worship clients to design and implement wireless camera solutions. With over 23 years of experience, Neal has a proven track record in developing complex terrestrial and wireless network systems, driving sales growth, and leading teams. His diverse career, spanning the commercial, public safety, oil and gas, and military sectors, provides him with a unique perspective that he brings to Wave Central. Neal holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Business Technology and Communications and an associate’s degree in network engineering.

Deryk brings a rare blend of technical expertise and creative insight to his role at Wave Central. With a background as a television news photojournalist, he understands firsthand the tight deadlines and high expectations our clients face. His deep knowledge of COFDM microwave applications started when he worked as an ENG/SNG truck operator and was further honed during his time as a sales and customer support engineer for RF Central during the Sprint/Nextel BAS relocation. Deryk wears many hats at Wave Central, from handling final QC, system testing, and shipping, to providing customer support, conducting sales demonstrations, planning trade shows, and overseeing system commissioning and training. He also taps into his creative talents by shaping Wave’s visual presence through photography, design, and video production. A true visual storyteller, Deryk has earned 10 Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy® Awards for his outstanding work in television news and marketing communications.

Max graduated from Mansfield University in 2014, where he played collegiate baseball at the division-ll level and attributes many of his current skillsets to this experience. After college, Max began his professional career specializing in operations where absolute details were imperative in day-to-day operations, as well as managing the full scope of large-scale construction projects. A valued member of Wave Central’s team since 2023, Max ensures equipment is fully tested and programmed for your clients’ needs. From final assembly and basic functionality to setting up multi-venue systems, Max certifies that client equipment arrives safely, on time, and ready to transmit & receive every minute of your event. Now having moved into a Sales Development Representative role, Max works with the sales teams and Wave Central clients to uphold our top tier customer service that we pride ourselves on.
